Abia State Governor Alex Otti has made a shocking move by asking two of his commissioners to step down, according to sources within the government.
Mr. Chima Emmanuel Oriaku, the Commissioner for Science and Technology, Prof. Monica Aronkwe, the Commissioner for Agriculture, have both tendered their resignation letters, reportedly due to underwhelming performance.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ngozi Okoronkwo, the suspended Commissioner for Health, has refused to resign, leading Governor Otti to officially relieve her of her duties.
